In these Terms & Conditions, the following words and expressions carry the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Bet" refers to any monetary bet placed by a Member on any market or game available on the grab888 platform.

To register and use the grab888 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and throughout your use of the grab888 platform.
• You must register using accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information. False or incomplete information may result in your account being suspended or terminated without notice.
• Each individual is permitted to register only one grab888 account. Multiple account registrations are strictly prohibited and may result in the freezing of all associated accounts as well as the forfeiture of all balances and winnings.

Deposit Terms:

• The minimum deposit is RM 10 per transaction. There is no maximum deposit limit for most accounts, subject to any limits imposed by your chosen payment method.

• All deposits must be made from an e-wallet or bank account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted and funds will be returned.

• For Sports Betting, the official results recognised by the relevant tournament organising body — such as the BWF for badminton, the ICC for cricket, or the Malaysia Super League for football — will be used to determine bet outcomes.
• In-play bets are subject to real-time odds changes. Bets accepted before an event occurs but processed after it may be voided at grab888's discretion.
• If a match is postponed or cancelled before the minimum required play time has been completed, all bets will be automatically refunded to the Member's account.

Grab888 takes fraud, money laundering, and all forms of misconduct extremely seriously. The following actions are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure, forfeiture of all balances and winnings, and legal action:

• Registering more than one account to obtain multiple bonuses or benefits.
• Colluding with other Members to exploit odds errors or gain unfair advantages through market manipulation.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other tools to access or interact with the grab888 platform without prior written authorisation.
• Engaging in money laundering or using the grab888 platform for any illegal financial activity.
• Placing bets based on insider or non-public information about a sporting event or match.
• Providing false information during registration or the identity verification process.
• Using a payment method that is unauthorised, stolen, or does not belong to you.

Whether initiated by the Member or by grab888, accounts may be closed under various circumstances. Here is what you need to know about grab888's account closure policy:

Closure at Member's Request: You may request account closure at any time by contacting the grab888 support team via email or live chat. Any real-money balance remaining in the account will be returned to you via the same payment method used for your original deposit, within a reasonable timeframe. Bonus funds that have not met the rollover requirements are not eligible for withdrawal.

Closure at grab888's Discretion: grab888 reserves the right to suspend or close a Member's account without prior notice in the following cases:

• Violation of any part of these Terms & Conditions
• Suspected fraudulent activity or money laundering

• Grab888's maximum total liability to any Member under any circumstances is limited to the real money balance in that Member's account at the time the claim is made.
